Persons whose profession involves contact with food or objects that come in immediate contact with food, as well as persons who professionaly prepare or serve food, need to have necessary knowledge on food and personal hygiene, offered as part of the Hygiene management course.
The certificate is issued for a period of four years.
The price of the course is 375.00 HRK.
